清田区真栄の住宅街に、煙もくもくの焼肉屋があった。おしゃれな店ではない。それでもクチコミには「汚いけどうまい」「煙たいけどもっと食べたくなる」と、愛のある言葉ばかりが並んだ。
炭火の網、厚みのある肉、名物の塩ホルモン。気取らず、安く、腹いっぱい。金曜の夜には座敷が埋まり、予約の電話が鳴る。それが芦山の日常だった。
2022年の冬、真栄の店はいったん暖簾を下ろした。そして2026年3月5日、白石区栄通7丁目で再オープン。「大好きだった芦山が復活してた」——そんな声が、もう届き始めている。
